Enterprise Collaboration Suite offers the traditional Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications as well as the collaboration & communication features required for any Business such as Email, Instant Messaging, Schedule Tracking, Task Assignment, Status reporting to customers, etc. The Enterprise Collaboration Suite is designed to provide work-flow information to people within the organization and also to their customers and suppliers about the order and payment status.

Software as a Service (SaaS):

In this model a business customer can sign-up, create an enterprise account, import the required information to manage their business and continue to operate their business by sharing the work flow information within and outside the business environment. In this model customers are not required to invest in expensive Hardware and Software and they don’t have to worry about the maintenance and upgrades required after a period of time. Vyoog will take responsibility to for Hardware, Software periodic maintenance and upgrades. Customers shall pay a monthly subscription fee based on their usage level.

In this model a business customer can buy the “Enterprise Collaboration Suite” license and install within their Company Intranet and restrict or control access from outside their network. Customers will be responsible for their Hardware and Software and also bear the responsibility of maintenance and future upgrades. Vyoog will support the needs of customers by means of service contracts to implement and maintain their hardware and software resources and make sure that there is no loss of productivity.
